A great fish dish with a little crunch and lots of flavor. (Originally from Just 3 Steps)

SERVES 4 , 4 fillets (change servings and units)

    Preheat broiler to medium heat.
  2. 2
    In a large bowl mix cheese, breadcrumbs, and nuts.
  3. 3
    In another medium bowl beat the milk and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4
    Rinse trout, pat dry, and coat in flour.
  5. 5
    Dip in egg/milk mixture and then turn to coat in breadcrumb mixture.
  6. 6
    Cook for 5 minutes or until golden and cooked through, turning once.
