Delicious! I love the combination of ingredients in these sandwiches. I did omit the avocado, however. Thanks for sharing! Made for Newest Zaar Tag.

Great grilled summer sandwich. Perfect for using up garden tomatoes. In my opinion, the avocado is a must. A good quality EVOO really helps bring out all the flavors and they work together perfectly. Made for VegNSwap 14.
