So simple, and so good. Great for picnics! Makes quite a bit, but it'll go fast! Make a day ahead of time to let flavors meld. Enjoy.

SERVES 8 -10 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Blend together mayo, vinegar, and sugar and set aside.

    Stir the rest of the ingredients into a large bowl.

    Add the sauce you set aside and stir well.

    Let set in fridge for a day or so to let flavors meld. Stir a couple times while it sits.
