Phenomenal recipe! I made this for ZWT5 Jammin Java Jivers, and I will definitely be making this one again for guests. It's so elegant and flavorful. I made exactly as instructed, except that I forgot to top it with the other half of the mayo (DOH!). I couldn't believe it, but I was glad I left it out because it was wonderful. It's a bit wet and perfect over Creole Boiled Rice. I also served with Lightly Glazed Carrots. Thanks for posting this, TxGriffLover!
