A simple breakfast treat. Feel free to add any other ingredients that you'd like. From Favorite Brand Names.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

    Place tortillas in heated 12-inch skillet (or on a griddle).

    Evenly sprinkle cheese over the top of flour tortillas.
  3. 3
    Place scrambled eggs on top of cheese on one tortilla. Evenly distribute the cooked, crumbled sausage over the eggs.

    Allow cheese to melt.
  5. 5
    Top with diced tomatoes and green onions.
  6. 6
    Place second flour tortilla with melted cheese on top.
  7. 7
    Remove from skillet; cut into six equal wedges.

    Serve with guacamole, sour cream and salsa.

    Refrigerate leftovers.
