Another good breakfast idea that I got from my sister Julie ... both easy and healthy.

SERVES 8 , 1 9x13 pan (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Beat eggs well.

    Beat in flour and milk until there are no lumps.
  3. 3
    Add all other ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into buttered 9" x 13: pan.

    Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
