Brunch in a Cast Iron Skillet: Oysters, Tasso, Bacon and Grits
Bacon, Egg and Cheese Stuffed Crepes with Leeks and Tomato

Genius! I had been thinking the bread machine should be able to make granola but I wasn't clever enough to think of the jam cycle. I cut the recipe in 1/2. Maybe I didn't measure right but this was not sweet enough. There are enough ideas here to play with all sorts of variations of this recipe but I'll put in another tablespoon of honey. Also, I'll microwave the honey and the peanut butter together so the peaunut butter doesn't ball up. Thanks for posting, this recipe is going to be a lot of fun!
