Breaded Pork Chops for Two

Delicious and easy! I've made this before without the 2 hour stint in the fridge, but it really does help the BBQ flavor permeate the pork chops.

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Combine the egg and barbecue sauce; mix well.
  2. 2
    Combine bread crumbs, cheese, oregano, lemon-pepper and salt.

    Dip chops in egg mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture.

    Place in a greased 8-inch baking dish.
  5. 5
    Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 1 hour or until juices run clear.
