Bon Bon's Rhubarb Dessert

Baked twice and has a crunchy top!

SERVES 12 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Mix the butter, flour and powdered sugar.

    Put in 9x13 pan and bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

    Place finely cut Rhubarb on crust.
  4. 4
    Mix eggs, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  5. 5
    Pour over Rhubarb and bake again at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until light golden brown.
