Coconut rum, amaretto,pineapple and oj... yummy drink! You can actually hear the caribbean waters splash against the white beach. Posted for ZWT5.
SERVES 1
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces coconut rum
- 1 1/2 ounces Amaretto
- 1 ounce orange juice
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- grenadine
Directions

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add rum and amaretto, shake well.2
Pour into a hurricane glass filled with ice, add equal parts of orange and pineapple juice; float a dash of grenadine on top.3
Set back in your beach chair and feel the ocean breeze.

Really yummy! I used about 2 oz each of OJ and pineapple juice. Made me think of summer, which with all the rain we've gotten, is just what I needed. Thanks!
