Coconut rum, amaretto,pineapple and oj... yummy drink! You can actually hear the caribbean waters splash against the white beach. Posted for ZWT5.

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces coconut rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces Amaretto
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice
  • grenadine

Directions

  1. 1
    In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add rum and amaretto, shake well.
  2. 2
    Pour into a hurricane glass filled with ice, add equal parts of orange and pineapple juice; float a dash of grenadine on top.
  3. 3
    Set back in your beach chair and feel the ocean breeze.

    Really yummy! I used about 2 oz each of OJ and pineapple juice. Made me think of summer, which with all the rain we've gotten, is just what I needed. Thanks!

    This was a VERY TASTY drink ~ loved the coconut rum. Orange juice and pineapple combined to make a very 'Island Friendly' libation. Thanks BakinBaby ~ we just loved this Made for ZWT5, Bodacious Brickhouse Babes!
