Just wanted to get nutritional info on this recipe. I found a very similar one here on recipezaar but made some of my own changes. Just made them...very easy, very dense, and very delicious!

SERVES 12 , 12 muffins (change servings and units)

    preheat oven to 425.
  2. 2
    spray 12 muffin tins with pam baking spray.
  3. 3
    combine dry ingredients (except for 1 tbsp cinnamon and sugar).
  4. 4
    combine wet ingredients.
  5. 5
    fold moist ingredients to dry.
  6. 6
    fold in blueberries and walnuts.
  7. 7
    fill cups 2/3 full.
  8. 8
    mix together tbsp cinnamon and tbsp sugar.
  9. 9
    sprinkle each muffin with cinnamon / sugar mixture.
  10. 10
    bake for 20 minutes.
