Black Bean Chili With Pork

Another recipe I have NEVER TRIED, but looks delicious, would be good for a cold Sunday evening...

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Soak beans in water overnight; drain.

    Place beans in pot or dutch oven with pork, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and onion.

    Add water to cover and bring to boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer 4 hours, adding extra water as needed.

    Add tomatoes with juice, jalapenos, bell pepper, and lime juice, and cook 1 hour or until thickend.

    Garnish with avocado.
