This was fantastic. I have a finicky toddler and she ate her own wrap! My husband even asked me where I got this recipe and he is a meat and potatoes kind of guy! I didn't have cilantro, but we didn't miss it. We are going to use the leftovers as a salsa for chips. Thank you for this great recipe.
