Very good recipe but, take this as a warning, this is a HUGE recipe. It makes at least 5 dozen... That said, I used half wheat flour, half white. I also replaced the wheat bran with oat bran. I would warn that the soaked bran should have a little of the buttermilk liquid mixed in with it before adding it to the batter- it didn't really dissipate very well. Otherwise, VERY good! If you, your kids, you neighbors, your dog and your church potluck like bran muffins, then this is the recipe for you!=)
