Best Banana Bread

The best banana bread you'll ever have. Diabetic friendly. Kids will love it too.

SERVES 10 -12 (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 350. Spray glass loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. 2
    Seperate egg yolks from egg whites. Put egg whites to the side.
  3. 3
    Combine flour, baking soda, splenda, flax seed, cinnamon, nutmeg and walnuts into a bowl.

    In a separate bowl, blend bananas together until mush. Mix in butter, milk, sugar and egg yolks until creamy. Combine dry ingredients slowly until well mixed.

    Take egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold into banana mixture. DO NOT BEAT into mixture. Fold in with large spoon. Pour mixture into loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in comes out clean. Cool and Enjoy.
