So tasty, a bottle of red wine will not be enough! Originated in the Balkans

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    1. Cut meat in cubes 1/2 to 1".

    2. Put in a pot along with the water, oil, bay leaf, red and black peper.
  3. 3
    3. Cook till water is gone (check for tenderness if not soft add more water).

    4. When water is gone, stir for 5 min and add wine.

    5. When the wine is evaporated, add onions and stirr till golden.
  6. 6
    6. Serve hot with greens!

    7. Merlot at 18 deg C!
