Beef & Spinach - Gold Recipe

Easier than it looks like, and yummy!

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 2 steaks, chopped in strips
  • 3 ounces spinach
  • 1 tablespoon honey (I personally prefer rosemary honey)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, ground

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix the strips of beef, the spinach, the egg and the honey.
  2. 2
    Put into the oven until it's done.
  3. 3
    Sprinkle black pepper on top.
