Davie Crockett's Ground Beef Wrap-Ups

I've had lamb, chicken and veggie curries, but never a beef curry, and liked this quite well. I made this as tarts, using pie crust pastry, as that was what I had handy. I did add a bit more liquid to the filling, and would add even a bit more next time if making into tarts, as it was a tiny bit dry. I only made a couple for dinner tonight, and I will try making up the rest and freezing. I also may try some of the filling over leftover rice, as I think it would go together well - again, I'll add more water or broth.
