Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry Steamed Rice Dinner Rolls

SERVES 2 -3 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Stir Fry Mixture

  • 1 cup water, 1 t chicken bouillon granules, 2 T corn starch, 1/4 c orange juice, 2 T sugar, 2 T soy sauce, 1 t gi

    In large skillet, saute broccoli and beef on med-high for 2 min in 1 T oil. Cover and let simmer for 5 minute Add water chestnuts. Pour stir fry mixture over broccoli & chicken and stir constantly until thickened. Recover if needed to cook broccoli longer.

    Serve over steamed rice. Heat rolls and serve w/ butter.
