Beautiful Banana Bread

Recipe #399035 | 1¼ hours | 5 min prep | add private note

By: Jessa M
Nov 12, 2009

This recipe is a wonderful way to use up overly ripe bananas. It will make anyone's morning a good one with its sweet, soft, spongy taste. My mother has been making this recipe for years and every single person who has tried it has loved it!

SERVES 10 , 1 loaf (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a greased bread pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately one hour or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean (the very top, center of the banana bread will still look battery when it is done. If you cook till battery top disappears the bread will be burnt!).
