Hi everyone, this is MEP's daughter, Caitlin. Sadly MEP will not be returning to RecipeZaar because she passed away yesterday, July 7th, at Froedtert Memorial Hospital. The cancer finally overwhelmed her and her body could no longer handle the strain. We want to thank you all for the friendship you shared with her; be assured that it made her very happy.

I'm so sorry to hear this news and my heart is with you and your family. Thank you so much for taking the time to post here. Many people here cared very much for your mother. She spoke of you often and was very, very proud of you. I can't imagine that her pride in you has diminished one bit.

I just have to say to Cakes... I don't think a mother was EVER as proud of a daughter as your mom was of you, you could feel her pride and love in just reading her words.
