Welcome to the Asian Forum tag game --
Discover the Unrated Asian Recipes!
This Asian unrated recipes tag game will be played for 2 months starting July 1 and ending August 31.
Here’s how it works.
The game is easy and fun. In a nutshell,
• you can (but don’t have to) submit unrated Asian recipes for the tag cookbook.
• you make at least one (1) recipe from the tag cookbook.
Here’s more detail.
Submit unrated Asian recipes
So we have plenty of recipes to choose from --
everyone can submit up to
20 (twenty) unrated Asian recipes for this game,
but at least 10 of those have to be from chefs other than yourself.
If you submit someone else's recipes, you might write and tell them
about the game and ask if they'd like to participate. (This is optional.)
Simply reply here – until toward the end of August –
with the names and numbers of the recipes you want to submit.
New people are welcome to join at any time.
You don’t have to submit recipes to tag and play.
But -- and this is important -- if you submit any of your own recipes,
you are expected to make at least one tag.
Tag a recipe(s) from the tag cookbook
Submitted recipes are gathered into an
Unrated Asian Tag Game Cookbook.
You can tag as many recipes as you like, but choose only from the
Unrated Asian Tag Game Cookbook.
Any recipe can be tagged more than once.
Make and review the recipe(s)
Make, and review the recipe(s)review and photograph (if possible) your tagged recipe(s) by August 30.
Post back here to let us know it’s done.
Start sending in recipes today.
You can start to tag as soon as recipes are submitted.

Hi Amanda - those three count for sure. Your drink recipes look wonderful. Not sure if I can find lichee liquer - I did have some several years ago that I made on own, but I have homemade ume liquer that I'll sub if I can't easily find lichee liquer. I should really make some this year since lichee is now in season around here.
As I was adding all the recipes to the cookbook, I was getting sooo hungry and it's still only mid morning.
Great looking recipes everyone.
Now I have to go looking for some recipes to add too.
Let me know at any time if I missed any of your recipes.
