Before I forget, we had Mahogany Glazed Chicken!

I had planned on East Side Mario's Hell's Kitchen Chicken (Pollo Italian) but DH didn't want pasta and that was what I was going to serve with it....sooooooo....needless to say he won out!
It was as good as it looks in the photos...I used yellow, green, and red bell peppers and also threw in some chili peppers I had in the fridge! Hot! And good!

Tonight I took out pork chops for tonight and making #339861 by Tamijib!

I am going to make the recipe of the day Coffee Diabolique only I don't have any cognac or brandy left, so I am going to try Yellow Chartreusse!
Wish me luck and it tastes good! I use Chartreusse when I make a roast beef and it is delicious! What a great taste!
So here goes nothing! I am just waiting for my coffee to arrive by mail!
Jelly by the fire this weekend I hope! icon_biggrin.gif

You know, twiss or French Tart would be the go to ladies on this. I'm sure that either one could tell you how it would sub for the brandy or cognac.

I would really appreciate the input so I don't ruin it and yuckapoo!
What do you think ladies? Will it work or not?

I just put in a call to FT. Hopefully she will see it soon.

I have only seen this now....................... icon_rolleyes.gif icon_rolleyes.gif icon_rolleyes.gif I would have thought that Yellow Chartreusse would be TOO herbal and floral to use in place of brandy or cognac...............it is a pear based spirit with herbs in it and not a very good sub..................IMHO!!!! It's snowing, cold and I was chilled to the bone. I was going to pour a cup of coffee but thought - why have just any cup of coffee? So, I have made, enjoyed & reviewed

Theme: Not My Mother's Coffee
Millionaire's Coffee Recipe #151064 by Marg (CaymanDesigns)

Now it is snowing, cold and I am warm & mellow! I'm thinking I should change my theme name to "Not Available at your local drive through coffee shop!"

oh, this is so good, I wish I could share - NOT

Well Queenbee it looks like it is going to hit us sometime tonight and continue into tomorrow. I am sooooo tired of these sub zero temps and all this snow! It looks like we will have a late spring here....ach ya....
I am waiting for our dinner to finish up in the oven. I should have started sooner....sigh........We are very hungry and hope it is delicious! icon_biggrin.gif
But at least I got all my pics on disc and got rid of Kodak Easy Share and now I will have to start figuring out how to put my pics here! Wish me luck!
I am so behind! Oh well....
Going to look in the oven again...Goodnight All!
