The idea of this game is everyone will take turns and add one ingredient to create a list.

When we are up to about six? or so ingredients (enough to make a nice recipe) then the next person will type out the instructions for preparing the recipe and come up with a name for the recipe. (Actually suggestions for a name can be made at any time icon_wink.gif ).

Jan, Peter or Jules will then copy and paste these instructions to post the recipe under the Aus/NZ Hosts account and make it public so your combined creation can then be reviewed!!

You cannot start another recipe until we have at least five other ingredients and the recipe has been written up with instructions and a name.

Lets get creative

This is so cool

So far we have:

icon_arrow.gif 500 grams chicken, cut into bite size cubes

icon_arrow.gif 1 large onion, sliced

icon_arrow.gif 1 red capsicum. sliced or diced

icon_arrow.gif 1 green capsicum, sliced or diced

icon_arrow.gif 1 cup chicken stock

icon_arrow.gif 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

icon_arrow.gif 2 teaspoons cornflour (to thicken it up a bit)

At first when I looked at the ingredients. I thought.... "It's almost summer BBQ chicken with salsa"

Chicken coated with cornflower then marinated overnight in the chicken stock and Dijon mustard, placed on skewer sticks then barbequed. Vegs to be diced, but may need a dressing.

But it could also be a stir fry? or a Arroz Con Pollo? What does everyone else think?
