Hi All,
Welcome to the new and improved Z-Best Team Thread.

I stepped forward as captain, really to keep score. I think everyone else on the team is doing a great job with everything. Thanks for sticking with us!

As soon as I get everything up and get our new team members I will make a list of our team members here. I guess I may need help with posting the banner.

Hi Vicki, welcome to the team. I think you will find that you will catch on very easily! All you HAVE to do,

is find one recipe per region and make it and review it in the timeframe listed for that region.

We currently have 3 wild cards (that just means they're in play for a longer time) so you have longer to complete them.

We also have 2 regular regions open - France and North Africa/Middle East (for one more week I think).

Any extra recipes you do for any region, give us extra points if they include the secret ingredient for the region.

Also, for each region there are challenges, those are also extra point and they're all different (some involve making a menu, some are cooking, whatever).

After you complete anything, return here and make a post about it and I'll update the scorecard.
