It is with much sadness that I inform you all that Amy has passed away. I received a phone call from Amy's Mother (Robin) last night but because of the shock I didn't take everything in that she said.
Robin is going to e-mail me with all the details of the funeral arrangements and I will let you all know. Robin sounded strong and said the family is doing alright.
My heart grieves on one side, but I know she is where she longed to be; with Jesus, her Lord and Savior.
Amy was a remarkable human being as we all know by her writings and some by more personal dealings. She was strong in her faith and "The Light" did shine through her. She was a great example!
I am still in shock at this time,. Please pray for the family and pray for all of her Zaar family as well.

First of all, I am in complete shock. She was such an incredible human being, full of love, and humor and creativity. I know how much she loved the zaar.
I feel confident that she is with her Lord and Savior and that she is completely healed.
And......... that is the only thing that will help everyone get through this sorrowful time.
Godspeed Amy!

I had not known Amy personally, but have come across her recipes, threads, and writings since I have joined Zaar.
I do however; know that she was supremely loved, and loved everyone that she came in contact with.
She should be an inspiration to all~ to count each new day as a renewal and beginning, and rejoice in our blessings.
My best to the family~
