I watch it all the time. I like the show, recipes and the great set they have in that New England farmhouse.

Oh nooo ... I love those cooking shows, but we don't see that here. Well, not right now. Sometimes after a while.

If you are in the US check the listings on your local PBS station for "Cook's Country TV" and "America's Test Kitchen" both by Chris Kimball and Cook's Illustrated.

Every Recipe I have tried Rocks! It's on PBS a few times on the weekends-I'm sure weeknights too I just don't catch it then.

I've seen a magazine with that name--is it related to the show?

Yes, Cook's Country TV is put out by the same people that put out Cook's Country magazine. The parent company also puts out America's Test Kitchen TV and Cook's Illustrated magazine.

You can go to the Cook's Country TV website and enter your zip code to get a listing of local PBS TV stations and times when they carry the show:
http://www.cookscountrytv.com/
If you enter your e-mail address you get free access to last years and this years recipes carried on the TV show.

Now, that part I'm uncomfortable with. Why do they have to be able to identify me if the recipes are free? It doesn't make sense. Think I'll pass.

They put your name on their mailing list and send all kinds of offers for magazines, cookbooks, etc.

I don't want to have to get on their mailing list just to look at a recipe.
Those "offers" are just spam to me.
