Macaroni and Cheese for the Soul

macaroni and cheese is one of the most popular comfort foods in America, if not THE most popular.
It's called mac n' cheese in the US/CAN, with Kraft all the more making it known. In UK, it's known as macaroni cheese.
It is one of the favorite dishes also due to its ease of preparation and low cost. It can be cooked in an oven, stove top or even in the microwave. It can be with white sauce, tomato sauce, so many options on cheeses and added ingredients too.
It has also been said that Thomas Jefferson served this in the white house during his time.
It's also a dish which most of us try to find the best recipe for or try to perfect. Discovering our favorite's simply wonderful.

so many choices, such flavour - I had also read that Thomas Jeffereson had served it at the White house!!

I found a great recipe for Baked Mac n Cheese-I will get my act together and post it-so amazingly cheesy and creamy! My Husband, who I recently weaned from the Box (mac n cheese, stuffing, rice a roni......you name it) has said I never need to make any other kind Now that's amazing!
