OK, that picture made me tear up. Honestly, I have not had a donut in maybe 5 years...back in the day, I would have 2 donuts like that and still be looking for more. I don't dare indulge now.

I like that sour cream donut without the glaze... to have with my coffee or tea. But if you
must glaze it... well... okay.
I could like that one, too. My favorite of all time is still Dunkin Donuts coconut donut. I must always have two.
When I lived in NY, about 2 years or so before I moved out here to WA, I worked in a supermarket bakery for a short while. They had the best sour cream doughnuts, for a grocery store! All the doughnuts that had a glaze or frosting on them, we did it by hand. I'm not sure if they still do it that way. It was a tedious job, but it always produced fantastic results!
I think I would love coconut doughnuts, but I don't think I have ever had one.

Do you have a Dunkin' Donuts where you live? If not... and if you're ever traveling somewhere and see one, STOP and get a coconut donut. Better get two. They're delicious! Dunkin' Donuts is open 24 hours, and they make their donuts fresh every couple of hours.
We have a grocery store here that makes great sour cream donuts with or without glaze. I can't stop there in the morning.

Dunkin' Donuts makes a big cinnamon roll which is glazed. It has lots of cinnamon and isn't really so sweet. They call it a "Coffee Roll". It is delicious with a cup of their iced coffee!!!!
