    - Saute garlic in olive oil for 1 minute.

    - Break apart tofu and saute for about 10 minutes, stirring often. The tofu should brown on at least one side. Add water if tofu gets too dry.

    - Add spice blind and mix to incorporate.
  4. 4
    - Add nutritional yeast and black pepper to taste. Cook for about 5 more minutes.
