Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Combine onion, vinegar, oil, garlic, marjoram and Worcestershire in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2
Place meat in a zip-lock bag or a shallow dish. Pierce meat with a fork in several places. Pour sauce over meat, turning to coat. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
  3. 3
Preheat grill to medium (300º-350º). Remove meat from marinade. If you want to use the marinade as a sauce, cook it in a sauce pan until it boils.
  4. 4
Place meat on grill, covered, for 7-12 minutes each side for medium rare. Remove and let stand for 3 minutes. Cut across the grain into thin slices and serve.
