Another great scallop recipe.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400.
  2. 2
    Pour melted butter into a 2 quart casserole dish.
  3. 3
    Combine the bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, minced garlic and Parmesan cheese.

    Top scallops with above mixture.

    Bake about 20 minutes.
