From a free cook book put out by Philadelpha Branch Cheese (upon the purchase of 3 of their products). I love mushrooms and hope to make this soon, at the moment times are as posted with the recipe.

SERVES 12 , 12 mushrooms (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Combine the cream cheese and garlic.
  2. 2
Place the mushrooms on a foil lined baking tray, stalk side up and spray with the oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. 3
Cook under a preheated grill/broiler at medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender and allow to cool slightly.
  4. 4
Spoon a dollop of the cheese mixture onto the mushrooms and top with the prosciutto and a sprinkle of chives and serve immediately.
