A yummy sounding Caribbean inspired cocktail. Sounds perfect for a summer's evening.

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce dark rum
  • 1 ounce spiced rum
  • 4 ounces orange juice
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce grenadine

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix everything together.
  2. 2
    Pour into a collins glass and serve.

Yum! I also used Myers dark and Sailor Jerry's spiced rum. I ended up doubling the recipe to make a tall glass Made for ZWT5-RRR.

    Wow Sarah_jayne....this was the bomb of a drink! I had a ton of fresh fruit for DD grad party so I used fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh pineapple juice and for the dark rum used a bottle of Jamaican Appleton Estate 12 year...YUMMY!!! We ended up having 2 a piece...felt like i was inthe Caribbean again! Thanks for posting! Made and Reviewed for Zaar Chow Hounds...ZWT5.
