I like this recipe because it has a sweet taste to it.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    In a medium saucepan, combine onion, mexicorn, garlic, water, and lemon juice. Cook ingredients until they become soft.

    Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. 3
    Add avocados to mixing bowl and mash until it becomes a chunky consistency.
  4. 4
    Add cooked ingredients to mashed avocados in bowl. Strain tomato and add to bowl.
  5. 5
    Mix until blended.
  6. 6
    Serve with tortilla chips.
