Another yummy pasta dish!

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    In a large skillet, over high heat, sauté the mushrooms, green onions, and garlic in the olive oil until tender.

    Add the olives and tomatoes. Heat thoroughly.
  3. 3
    Add cooked asparagus and dry spices, stirring constantly.

    Add Marsala wine and bring up to a boil.
  5. 5
    Add vegetable stock.
  6. 6
    Mix corstarch with water and wisk until smooth.
  7. 7
    Add cornstarch slurry to sauce and mix over high heat to thicken.
  8. 8
    Pour over cooked pasta.
