I'm experimenting! For the 2 cups I have below the popcorn use any Asian snacks that you enjoy.

SERVES 8 , 8 cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 6 cups popped popcorn
  • 2 cups rice crackers, wasabi peas, ramen snack
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon ground ginger (according to your taste)
  • 1/2-3/4 teaspoon sesame oil (according to your taste)

Directions

  1. 1
Mix popcorn and Asian snack mix together in a large bowl.
  2. 2
In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave butter on high until melted, about 20 seconds. Stir in soy sauce, ginger and oil.
  3. 3
    Drizzle over popcorn mixture; toss.
  4. 4
Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake in a 300° F oven for 20 minutes, stirring once.
  5. 5
Allow to cool, serve or store in airtight container.
