Delicious! These were served at a wedding shower I attended and everyone asked for the recipe

SERVES 24 (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 350. Chop artichoke hearts. Grate cheese. In same bowl, combine artichokes ½ cup of the cheese, mayonnaise and garlic pressed with a garlic press; mix well. .Using a small scoop, place one scoop artichoke mixture into bead crumbs roll until coated place on parchment lined baking sheet,sprinkle with remaining cheese. If desired, top with chopped parsley.

    Bake 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown Remove to cooling rack. Serve.
