Apple Lift-Off Juice

This juice is a blend of apple, grapes, fresh leaves and lime. It's a rejuvenator for treating skin, liver and kidney disorders.

SERVES 2 , 2 glasses (change servings and units)

    With a sharp knife, quarter the apple, removing the core. Using a juice extractor, juice apples and grapes, followed by cilantro and watercress.

    Add lime juice to the fruit and herbs and stir well. Serve in a tall glass immediately for maximum flavor.
