This tangy yet sweet chutney is exceptional when paired with grilled pork chops or chicken. It's adult applesauce. Our favorite bourbon is Jack Daniels, but feel free to pick your own pleasure. Adapted from the Reata restaurant cookbook, "Reata-Legendary Texas Cuisine", in Fort Worth, Texas.
