DELICIOUS. I used cortland and galas since that is what I had. I used just regular all purpose flour and eyeballed the cinnamon. This is just perfect sweet but not to sweet. At first I thought maybe there was not enough apple but once it cooked it was just right. Served with a scoop of tofffee ice cream. KEEPER recipe. Made for Pahse 2 T.Y.M tag
