Apple Cake

This is a very moist delicious cake that is wonderful with a cup of coffee, or by itself. It is a family favorite.

SERVES 16 (change servings and units)

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Spray a 9+13 pan or a bundt pan with cooking spray.

    In a large bowl sift the flour, cinnamon, baking sida, and salt. Set aside.

    In a large bowl beat the eggs and oil together until well mixed.
  5. 5
    add the sugar and vanilla.
  6. 6
    Add the dry ingredients to the wet mix until combined.
  7. 7
    Fold in the apple slices and the walnuts.

    Spead into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
