A delicious easy to make dessert that is great if you have a sweet tooth and craving something sweet & fruity. I did use gala apples as I had a few I needed to use up but will try it with granny smiths next time. Very Nice!!!

This was a delightful, hot dessert. Starting off the apples in the microwave ensured that they were done by the time the pudding had finished baking (so often the apples stay too crunchy). I subbed Red Delicious as I had those on hand and was happy to use up some of my Lyle's Golden Syrup.
