Savory spanish-influenced appetizer that is perfect as a dip or atop crackers/toast as a spread for dynamite hors d'oeuvres.

    A very straight-forward approach once again, add chopped chorizo, cilantro, garlic clove into a food processor and pureed.

    Add oil and cream, while pulsing.

    Pour into small serveware ramekin(s) for a dip or dollop as a spread on top of your favorite gourmet crackers for a platter of hors d'oeuvres.
