Looking for something different to do with my WIC tuna, I found this recipe really yummy & authentic in tasting Japanese. Plus, the kids ate it. I only wish I had some rice vinegar on hand to see how it would've tasted the intended way, but I still enjoyed it. Thank you, Freakingdork!
