Angry Red Planet

Ingredients

• 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic, finely minced
• 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
• 2 ounces pepper infused vodka
• 3 ounces tomato juice
• 1 teaspoon lime juice, fresh squeezed
• pepper, to taste
• ice cubes, for serving
• salt, for rim
• 1 lime wedge, garnish

Directions

   Salt the rim of a highball glass and chill.

   Combine the ginger, wasabi, garlic, soy, and pepper in a bowl and muddle into a paste. It will be slightly lumpy.

   Stir in the vodka.

   Pour mixture in a large mixing glass or cocktail shaker along with tomato juice and lime juice. Mix well.

   Fill the chilled glass with ice and add the vodka mixture.

   Garnish with the lime wedge. Enjoy!
