This is a light and airy dessert.

SERVES 12 (change servings and units)

    Mix crust ingredients and press into a 9x13 pan.

    Beat 5 egg whites, add cream of tartar at high speed until they hold a peak.

    Add sugar gradually.

    Beat until stiff peaks are formed.

    Pile into unbaked cracker crust.

    Bake at 250 for 1 hour.

    Put topping on 1 hour before serving.

    TOPPING:.

    Mix ingredients together and spread over top.

    After topping is on sprinkle with coconut and nuts.
