Amy's Crispy Panko Mustard Chicken

    Preheat oven to 475 degrees.

    Combine the melted butter with the panko crumbs in a small mixing bowl.
  3. 3
    Coat chicken breasts with mustard then place on a greased, foil-lined baking sheet.

    Put panko-butter mixture on top of the mustard-coated chicken by hand.

    Bake approximately 15 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.

These were good enough to get a request for them again!! And Easy - oh my goodness, they were easy to make. After reading the link to the original posting, I used a combination of southwestern spicy and dijon mustards for a bit more of a kick. I did use a little more panko since I flattened my chicken breasts. My honey bunch asked for them to be on this weeks menu and I just made them last week. Thanks for sharing something that is so tasty and easy.
