Alouette Pecan Caramel Brie Recipe

This is a great appetizer for holiday parties! The warm, sweet caramel pecans are a great complement to the creamy brie.

SERVES 8 , 12 wedges (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup caramel topping or fruit, dip

  • 1 (13 1/4 ounce) package alouette baby brie cheese, Original
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans

Directions

  1. 1
    Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. 2
    In an ovenproof dish, bake pecans for about 7 minutes being careful not to over cook.
  3. 3
    Spread caramel over the top of the Alouette Baby Brie.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle pecans on top.
  5. 5
    Serve at room temperature.
