I got creative one day and came up a marinade with all my favorite ingredients in it. This would be ideal for chicken or seafood.

3/4 cup (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 pinches pepper, freshly cracked
  • 2 pinches salt

Directions

  1. 1
    Combine all the ingredients in a zip lock bag. Add the meat to the marinade.
